## Shipping & Delivery

At WHITECAPECOD, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding the preparation and delivery of all orders.

### Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and quality-checked before dispatch.

**Standard processing time: 24–48 business hours.**

During collection launches, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may increase to **5–10 business days**. Any temporary delays affecting order preparation will be communicated on this page.

### Shipping Time

**Express Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.**

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take **24–72 hours** to become active after dispatch.

Please note that **processing time and shipping time are separate**. Delivery time begins once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

**Orders over €100:** Free Express Shipping  
**Orders under €100:** €5.90 Express Shipping
